Team Terri Reed Image

Terri Reed

HHA Instructor

My name is Terri Reed. I started out as an aide and QMA, then became an LPN, and finally an RN. I received my associate degree in nursing from Marian College in Indianapolis and my bachelor's degree in nursing from Indiana. Wesleyan University. I have over 40 yrs of nursing experience. I worked in the hospitals for 8 years, starting on a surgical floor and then proceeding to ICU/PCU. I have worked in a girls' school and in home care. The last 25 years of my career were spent as supervisor and DON of CCRC. I feel C.N.A.s are the backbone of the nursing field and first-hand see the residents' needs and any changes that have occurred. Nursing is more than a job; it is a ministry to people. I love it and feel blessed to be a part of it.
